How to set up Flixtele on iOS
Setting up on an iPhone or iPad differs from Android in one key respect: Apple does not normally permit apps to be installed from a web page, so you either install our app and trust its profile once, or choose a player from the App Store. Both routes work well — the App Store is simpler, ours saves typing a server address. Everything below applies to iOS 14 and newer.

checklistBefore you start
- An iPhone or iPad on iOS 14 or later
- Your username, password and server URL from the subscription email
- An Apple ID, if you take the App Store route
Step-by-Step Setup
iOS Installation
Download Flixtele or a Player
Open our Downloads page in Safari and select the iOS build. Since it does not come from the App Store, iOS asks you to trust it once: go to Settings > General > VPN & Device Management, tap the profile and confirm. Prefer not to? Open the App Store and install IPTV Smarters Lite, GSE Smart IPTV, UHF or Chillio — any of them plays your subscription.
Open the App & Login
On Flixtele, type the username and password from your subscription email and it activates free of charge. On an App Store player, choose "Xtream Codes API" and enter the server URL, username and password — or paste your M3U link if you prefer. Xtream Codes is the smarter pick: it carries the guide and on-demand library, and it survives a server address change without retyping.
Allow Notifications
Agree when iOS asks. Notifications are how word reaches you about scheduled maintenance or a server address change — without them, the first symptom is a player that has silently stopped working, and the fix was a message you never saw.
Turn Off Low Power Mode
Low Power Mode throttles background networking, which surfaces as stuttering a minute or two into a live stream. For longer viewing, switch it off or stay plugged in. It is easily the most frequent cause of "plays briefly, then stops" on iPhone.
Start Watching
Channels, films and series appear in their categories. Search for a specific channel, and use AirPlay from the player to send the picture to an Apple TV or compatible television — quality holds because the stream passes through untouched.

Common problems
Fixes specific to iOS
"Untrusted Enterprise Developer" when opening the app
The trust step is incomplete. Go to Settings > General > VPN & Device Management, tap the developer profile, then Trust. The app will not open until you do — that is simply how iOS treats anything from outside the App Store.
Playback stops when the screen locks
Normal for video on iOS unless the player supports background audio. Disable Auto-Lock while watching — Settings > Display & Brightness > Auto-Lock > Never — and restore it afterwards.
Some channels refuse to play while most work
Individual channels use different stream formats, and not every player handles all of them. Try another recommended player for those channels; GSE Smart IPTV in particular covers formats the lighter apps skip.
