  • If you tested Flixtele on a trial before subscribing, there is no refund. This applies to every plan, with no exceptions. A trial exists so you can judge the service before paying — once you have used one, that judgement has been made.
  • A refund requires a fault on our side. Changing your mind is not grounds for one. The qualifying faults are listed in full below — if your situation is not on that list, it does not qualify.

1. Who the guarantee covers

The guarantee is for customers who subscribe without having tried the service first, and who then hit one of the faults listed in section 3. It is a safeguard against paying for something that does not work — not a trial period claimed after the fact.

If you took a free or paid trial at any point before subscribing, the guarantee does not apply to you and no refund will be issued, whichever plan you bought. We would far rather you trialled the service and knew what you were buying; that is precisely what the trial is for.

2. How long you have

The window depends on the plan, and runs from the moment your subscription is delivered — not from payment, so an account that took time to activate has not spent its window waiting. Once the window closes, no refund is possible for any reason.

PlanRefund windowCosts deducted
1 Month24 hoursMay be deducted
3 Months1 dayNo
6 Months3 daysMay be deducted
12 Months7 daysMay be deducted

Where the table says costs may be deducted, we may withhold what has already been spent running your account — the panel credit consumed and the payment-processing fee, which is not returned to us when a payment is reversed. We will tell you the exact figure before anything is refunded.

3. Faults that qualify

These are the only grounds for a refund, and the list is exhaustive. Each must be reported inside the window for your plan, and we must be given the chance to fix it first — most are resolved the same day once support knows about them.

The service simply will not run

Your account arrived but refuses to connect, or not a single channel plays on any device or player you try.

Daily disruptions that trace back to us

Streams cut out or freeze day after day over a sustained stretch, with the cause on our side rather than your line or device. One-off hiccups and brief maintenance windows are not covered.

The channels you paid for have disappeared

Channels you actively watched have left the lineup, and we can neither bring them back nor offer a comparable substitute.

Your playlist fails and a VPN changes nothing

Your line will not load even after you route through a VPN — proof the block is not just your provider interfering.

Your ISP blocks us on every host we have

Your internet provider blocks the service and it stays blocked after we move you to a fresh host. If a host switch solves it, that is a solution — not a refund case.

4. What does not qualify

No refund will be issued in any of the following cases:

  • You tried the service on a free or paid trial before subscribing
  • You simply changed your mind, or picked the wrong plan
  • No reason given, or a reason we are unable to verify
  • An issue with your own connection, device, player or ISP that a host change fixes
  • You would rather move to another plan or provider
  • Your account was suspended or closed for breaking the Terms of Service
  • A renewal of a subscription you had already been using

A request supported by a reason we find to be invented, or by information we cannot verify, is refused — and may result in the account being closed without refund.

5. How to request a refund

Write to with the subject "Refund Request — flixtele.tv", and include:

  • The email address on your subscription, and your order ID
  • Which of the faults in section 3 you are reporting
  • What you have already tried — the players and devices you tested, and whether you tried a VPN
  • A screen recording or photograph of the problem, where one can be taken

A request missing this information cannot be assessed, and will be held until it arrives — which may push it past your window.

6. Decision and processing

We answer refund requests within 24 to 48 hours. Where a request is approved, the money is returned within 5 to 10 business days, less any deduction set out in section 2. How quickly it then appears depends on your bank or payment provider rather than on us.

An approved refund ends the subscription immediately. The account is closed at the same time and cannot be reinstated afterwards.

7. Chargebacks

Raising a chargeback before contacting us suspends the account immediately and permanently. We keep delivery and access records for every subscription and will provide them to the payment provider.

Talk to us first. Nearly every problem people open a chargeback over is one support can fix within the hour — and a chargeback closes the door on that.

8. Questions

If anything here is unclear, ask before you subscribe rather than after. Write to and we will answer plainly.
